How to join

Sign in to your SwiftByte account and apply from the Affiliates page. Tell us about your audience and how you plan to promote SwiftByte. Applications are reviewed by our team, and an application remains pending until it is approved.

When you apply, you accept the affiliate terms shown on the application. The terms and rate in effect for an order are recorded when that order is attributed.

How tracking works

After approval, copy your affiliate link from your dashboard. You can choose a landing page and create campaign links to compare how your promotions perform.

Each affiliate click is valid for the attribution period shown in your dashboard. For an order, SwiftByte uses the latest valid affiliate click token available. If no valid token is available at checkout, the affiliate click saved when the customer signed up may be used instead, while it remains within its attribution period. If the period expires, the customer can click the same active affiliate link again to start a new period; they do not need a new link. You cannot earn commission on your own purchases.

When commission is earned

Commission is created after an attributed order is delivered. It is calculated using the commission rate captured for that order and the eligible item subtotal after discounts; shipping is excluded.

A processed refund reverses the commission for that order. If it was included in a requested or approved payout, that request is rejected and the other eligible commissions become payable again.

If an order is refunded after its commission was paid, the commission remains in your paid history and the same amount becomes an outstanding refund recovery. We subtract it from your next eligible payout. Before you request that payout, the dashboard shows the commission total, deduction, and net transfer, and asks you to accept the deduction. If the recovery is larger than your payable commissions, it carries forward until future commissions cover it. A rejected payout does not settle the recovery; it remains due for a later payout.

Requesting a payout

When your payable commissions, after any refund recovery deduction, meet the minimum shown in your dashboard, request a bank transfer for the net amount. The latest bank details you previously submitted will be suggested, and you can edit them before sending the request.

Payouts are reviewed manually and paid by bank transfer. A request is not marked paid until our team records the transfer. You can follow your commissions and payout status in the Affiliates dashboard.
